Super Soldier Serums

Abraham Erskine's Super Soldier Serum

The serum was meant to also be used on other soldiers in the US military, but the serum was destroyed, and Dr Erskine assassinated. Used on Steve Rogers (Captain America)

Red Skull's Super Soldier Serum

An earlier version of Dr Erskine's serum, which the Red Skull (Johann Schmidt) continuously injected himself with. Since this serum was not ready yet, this caused Johann's face to become deformed. 

Arnim Zola's Super Soldier Serum

Arnim continued to make the super soldier serum after Dr Erskine went to work for the United States. He captured American soldiers to use as test subjects. 

Bucky was injected with a form of the super soldier serum before he fell of the train, meaning that he was able to come back the the Winter Soldier with HYDRA. 

Howard Stark's Super Soldier Serum

Howard Stark developed a new serum in 1991, but was killed by the Winter Soldier before it could be used on any American subjects. Used on HYDRA's elite death squad. 

Bruce Banner's Super Soldier Serum

Thaddeus Ross and Bruce Banner tried to recreate Dr Erskine's formula by using gamma radiation instead of vita radiation, which caused Bruce Banner to transform into the Incredible Hulk. 

Emil Blonsky's Super Soldier Serum

A varied version of Bruce Banner's serum given to Emil Blonsky. 

The Centipede Serum

Combination of elements from the Super Soldier serum, gamma radiation, Extremis, Inhuman DNA, blood from a pyrokinetic. Used on Deathlok, other centipede test subjects and John Garrett. 

Wilfred Nagel's Serum

Wilfred Nagel, recruited by the CIA isolated traces of elements from Isaiah Bradley's blood to create a serum. He was dusted and blipped as a results from the Snaps, then moved to Madripoor, where the power broker provided him with the resources to synthesize the serum. The serums were then stolen by the Flag Smasher (Karli Morgenthau). She used the serum on herself and other flag smashers. 

Helmut Zemi eventually destroyed the serums.
